The Canadian Freight program is opt-in for all existing OFGO STUDIO dealers who have an established account on or before January 1, 2023. The program is automatically assigned for all new dealers established after this date.
Complete the form above to opt your dealer/account in to the freight program. Opt-in is a one-time process and will default your account to use the freight program.
You cannot opt in on a per order basis. Once an account is opted into the program, OFGO STUDIO will default to using the freight program.
For orders shipping to regions included in the freight program, OFGO STUDIO will no longer be providing project-by-project freight quotes.
If you are shipping to an area not listed on the freight program, please contact OFGO STUDIO for a freight quote, or arrange a carrier of choice for pickup. For all areas not indicated on the freight program, freight costs are additional and need to be quoted.
OFGO STUDIO will continue to offer direct billing through Western Logistics. If this is preferred, do NOT opt in to the freight program. Note if this scenario is chosen, the dealer is responsible to obtain the freight quote from Western or their carrier of choice.
Yes. Areas not listed in the freight program are excluded from the freight program and must continue to be quoted per-order. The program includes dock delivery to areas listed only (must be able to accept 53’ trailer). For a full list of delivery exclusions, please refer to the program outline.
Additionally, Orders >$25,000 net and those including high grades of fabric (grade 8 and above) may be eligible for better freight rates vs. the % of list under the program. Please contact OFGO STUDIO if you have projects that fall into this category.
We are continuously reviewing our freight programs to ensure they are competitive and easy to use. Please check the member zone from time to time for any possible changes to the freight program.
The freight program is available as of February 1, 2023 for dealers who opt-in.
No. The freight program applies to new orders moving forward only, for dealers that have opted in.
Yes. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to opt out of the program. Note: opting out is permanent and cannot be completed on a per order basis, or be applied to orders already confirmed and in queue.
