THE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

Design
Our custom design process is here to turn your vision into a reality. Our in-house design team will work with you to provide a dimensionally accurate two-dimensional and three-dimensional AutoCAD drawing of the proposed custom offering. Once the design is approved, an order can be placed

Programming
Our in-house engineering staff will create a CNC machine computer program to be used in the fabrication of the custom furniture. We make a computer program for every custom solution we create. By doing so we can ensure 100% cutting and drilling accuracy within the manufacturing process.

Production
Using the established CNC programs, we will manufacture, inspect, and package the furniture for distribution.
