A Message
FROM OUR CEO
Through every step in our products life cycle we consider our environmental impact in order to act on opportunities to develop increasingly sustainable practices and designs. We believe that how we operate matters. By maintaining control over our processes and investing in our teams, we create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow. This same mindset extends to our environmental responsibility, where we continuously look for ways to reduce our footprint through responsible sourcing, more efficient operations, and design that sustains — forming the foundation of our broader commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
As a privately held family-owned organization, we are able to focus on long-term impact, prioritizing the well-being of our people, our communities, and the environment. We are proud of the progress we’ve made, while remaining focused on the work still to be done. With a shared vision and a strong foundation, we remain committed to building a more responsible and sustainable future together.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
